Yoga has become a very common term around the world today. Classes are found in every town and city. Around the world the most common form of yoga is identify as hatha yoga. This form of yoga involves the body and breath. Hatha yoga helps individuals to promote health and well-being through physical exercise. Its effects can help with relaxation, increased flexibility, strength, vitality, improved concentration and the immune system’s functions. It is also found that it can also improve circulation on the functioning of the inner organs, glands and nerves, hence keeping all systems in radiant health and leading to greater energy, better concentration and a happier and more fulfilling life. Hatha yoga is also use as a therapy for healing musculo-skeletal problems.   Hatha yoga is only a small form of yoga. There are many other styles of yoga. Amongst those the most popular are:
